The process was straightforward and fair. I went for one interview with the team leader and manager. They were friendly, professional and positive. They asked basic questions about myself and why I wanted to role and then left the room and gave me a short test in which I had to fill out a form by putting in the details of a person applying for American Express. It was simple to do.
