I had an initial screening call, then one video interview, followed by two in person interviews. The process took overall 2 months, I worked closely with an HR contact to schedule all of my interviews.

Describe a time when something at work did not go according to plan and how you worked around that?
It was straight forward. Only had a call, but it was the generic questions to be expected. Recruiter was nice, but it wasn't the best flow of questioning. Overall not too bad.

Interview
It was just alright, the HR was a little rude and asked some rudimentary questions but that was expected. They asked really silly questions like what are your strengts and weaknesses that type.
Nice interviewer, standard behavioral questions and discussion about the role. Asked a lot about collaborative style and work styles. Felt very conversational and nothing crazy or technical was asked of me on the spot.
