Interview
I applied online. Job location- Phoenix, AZ. After a month or so, recruiter called me and she set up the WebEx interview with the project manager and the senior developer. They asked me how I would collect the data from web pages and process it. I had no answer to this. They were mainly oriented towards web application development. They didn't test my problem solving or analytical skills, very disappointed. They kept on asking questions with respect to web services even after I told them I have worked on that in only one of my academic project. The project manager was clearly disappointed and he told me that he was looking for some one who has web application development knowledge. The worst thing about this whole interview process is when I contacted the recruiter multiple times before the interview, asking her to let me know some more details with respect to the interview, she didn't even respond.
