I'm not sure why you would have a representative call me to ask me to go directly onto the company website to complete an application. My resume was available on the Indeed website from which you contacted me. After taking time to complete the AMEX website application, you send me an email from an undeliverable source saying you are not interested. You have a very large tech department that can simply convert the data transfer from the Indeed application. Why waste my time and your time having someone call me to discuss the position and my qualifications when you can just review the Indeed application?

easy and straight forward, it was two interviews and the questions were directed to get to know you and to know how you will fit with the job, the offer was presented within the week of the second interview and hiring process was little bit lengthy but it was with clear directions

Virtual video interview with 10 questions and also 1 written portion. The second intro was a virtual zoom panel with 5 questions and a role play. They use the STAR METHOD for the interview so just make sure you use that format.
