HR called me and informed that your telephonic round is scheduled for tomorrow at 8 am IST. I requested them to re-scheduled for later half of day, as it is difficult to get up early in morning and get ready for interview, but he denied it. Telephonic round happened for almost 1 hr and I was able to answer all questions. Chaised HR multiple times for almost 3 weeks , but there was no response from them Finally after 1 month , he told that your feedback is not positive. HR need to show due intelligence , check with technical panel and inform candidate what went wrong which lead to this. Just saying that feedback is not positive , is not sufficient. Candidate has right to know what wrong he did in interview, which lead to rejection
