I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Express in Jan 2010

Interview

I had two interviews on campus, each 30 minutes. Very situational/behavior-based questions, no case questions. It was a little odd because the first interviewer read all her questions off her packet and spent the entire time jotting down notes and barely looking up. The 2nd interviewer was much more conversational.
