There were two rounds of interviews each of which were eliminative in nature. The first round was conducted by a Senior Manager which involved puzzles and SQL related questions. The second round was conducted by another senior person (possibly director or vice president). This round involved questions mainly around the CV and tried to find the differentiating factor that would set the candidate apart from his/her peers

I would give it an Easy to medium level of difficulty, In the online assessment Reasoning and Aptitude was asked only. The process of recruitment involves resume shortlisting, then online assessment and then interview.

Overall it was smooth. The interviewer asked me about my internships and projects and wants me to explain the technical things in layman's terms to judge my storytelling. He also asked me to do a Root Cause Analysis of decline in approval rates of their credit cards. Then he asked me a case study where we have to assign credit limit to recent college graduates, so what factors should we consider for this.
