The interview was in two parts. The first name was biographical and the second part on leadership questions. At the middle of the interview they give a practical activity to complete.

The goal of each question asked by the interviewer was to gain examples of your experience and how it related to the job at hand. Hiring managers were very kind and open to share their experience while also learning about your own.

Interview
Went through multiple rounds, everyone was friendly and asked mostly soft skill questions. I didn't end up going through with the full application process, because I got a different offer but overall it was very friendly.
Interview with director and VP. More of a general approach instead of the STAR method but they can throw anything at you. I like the process overall but not the pay!
