Very local focused and most of the head-ofs insisted on speaking Cantonese. There's a lack of multicultural or diverse work environment in SME teams. They expect you to start from scratch and hunt for new leads. Base is low, but commission is uncapped.

There's 20min for a role play, with cold call approach. Need to get through the gate keeper and find the right person to speak with.
