It was inclusive. I am diverse and my hiring manager wasn't so I was put at ease that it'll be a fair interview when she included another diverse colleague to support her with the interview. She took me to meet the wider team briefly after the interview which was lovely. That was for the first round of interview and for the 2nd round, the director interviewed me and she deep dive further into the technicality behind business analysis, problem solving, scenarios and project management questions which was a bit harder than the first round.
