Interview
Two interview stages. The first stage is an interview with the Head of Finance Campus Recruiting and another member of the Finance Recruiting Team. Asked me questions about Amex so it's very important to do research on the company. Before the interviews even begin the intern applicants are invited to a webinar info session where speakers talk about Amex and the role and are also invited to schedule a separate "coffee chat" where you talk one-on-one with a Campus Recruiting Team Member. ATTEND BOTH OF THEM AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE SLIDES AND ASK GOOD QUESTIONS. The interviews include various questions about the company that can require specific answers. Second stage was with two senior analysts or directors of the Finance dept. Once the interviews began it went by fast and I received an offer about 3 weeks after the first interview! They really want you to succeed and learn about Amex. Theresa Sedlacek is awesome and really attentive and really cares about the applicants

lot of rounds of assessment, but quite efficient, there was a group interview, and final interview with the managers you are going to work with, overall good experience, took like less than a month
Una presentación en inglés grabada, una entrevista con el equipo, con preguntas tipo situacional y la última con el director, para que te conozca y tengas la oportunidad de hacerle preguntas.
Very calm, and cool. the company is filled with very nice people so expect a very chill interview experience. You have 1-2 rounds for interviewing but the recruiters will give you tips and tricks.
