Phone calls. Going over your abilities. Easy and informative. Question s about my knowledge of different platforms for sourcing. What kind of meetings I had managed prior and my future ambitions.
Got a mail stating that I got shortlisted and needed me to provide some more further detail regarding current and expected salary as well as some typical interview questions. Also asked me the availability for F2F round. But just right after sending back the response less than one hour. I got an auto-reply email telling me that they chose another candidate already. Not sure if the mail is really part of recruiting process or they just tried to probe into some personal information
