HireVue, then two 30min back to back interviews. Both managers asked nearly the same questions so I had to be repetitive. All questions were, "tell me about a time where...", "why AMEX..."

Mine was years ago but yt was very by the book... Standard questions.. the issue is that several times they cancel the position for legal T&Cs, you have to reapply and go through the entire multi-month process which really drags
