I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Express
Interview
Generally a positive experience. Everyone involved in the interviews were really friendly and I could see that AmEx were not all talk when it came to company culture. Each interview stage was quite concise yet I was able to talk a lot which is something I really liked. I felt that I was being heard by everybody interviewing me. The questions they asked were easy to answer. From the second stage interview it did take AmEx 2 weeks to get back to me regarding their decision which was nail-biting as it was longer than I was expecting however when I received the rejection, they provided me with feedback which was positive (they just chose a candidate which more experience handling complex and larger organisations).

Question 1
I can't remember all of the questions so I'll just confirm the process: First round / initial chat: 30 mins with Talent / HR. Just getting to know a bit more about me and my experiences generally. Second round / 1st stage interview: 40 mins with General Counsel & SVP as well as another VP. A deeper dive into my experience and the role. Third round / 2nd stage interview: an interview with 3 internal stakeholders that would be working with the legal projects & ops manager closely.
