First I did the online application, then I got an email from them stating that they wanted me to do an automated telephone interview. The interview wasn't too hard, they basically asked about scenarios and how you would handle them.

My first interview was over the phone. The entire call was less than 5 minutes. It was very informal. The main thing he wanted to know was my availability. I'm going for an interview in the field tomorrow.
