Applied online, got an e-mail a month later asking to set up a 30 minute phone interview in the following week. Pretty standard as I was on a college campus at the time. Just went through my resume with me and asked me whether I knew some things in my major. The job is kinda crappy as you go collect data at various locations that can be REALLY far away but most of it is pretty self-directed apparently. They ended up going with someone more experienced.
