Scheduled an interview, seemed like a great company to work for and a pretty good position. Has the interview, which went well, lasted an hour and thought I had a good chance at it. Followed up later that day with a Thank You email to the interviewer and that I was looking forward to hearing back from them and so on. Never heard back, which is usual. 2 1/2 weeks later, emailed again to just check how the process was going. Let them know I understand if they went in another direction, but that I was still interested and would just like to hear back. Now 2 months later, still haven't heard a thing and was very disappointed in the professionalism in getting back to people after the interview.
