I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Greetings (Danville, KY)
Interview
I had done a phone interview and then an in person interview and tour. The people were nice and answered all the questions I had. The place felt very out of date. As professional as the team was, I was unfortunately ghosted. I felt very confident when I left that I would be contacted back at least one more time but heard nothing back. No phone call, no text, no email. No rejection or offer. I attempted to write them but no luck. This ended up being a huge red flag in my book.
