Two phone interviews, and one in person. All three interviews involved the exact same questions. I applied for the job in the later part of November, had my first interview early December, second interview middle of January and the in person interview middle of Feb. It was ridiculous, and they didn't keep me updated in between. Finally two weeks after I had the last interview I had to send them an email asking if they had made a decision yet, after emailing two people I finally got a reply saying I didn't get the job.
