This company contacted me after finding my resume on ZipRecruiter and stated that they believed that I would be a good fit for one of these positions and that they were interested in bringing me in for an interview. I was in contact with a recruiter for a week before an interview date was set and the recruiter provided an address and advice to dress business professional. When I went in for my interview there were other candidates there for the same time. We were asked to fill out a cover page and attach it to the resume and references we were asked to bring. The interview process consisted of three parts; initial screening where each individual spoke with a manager, if the manager beleived you were a good fit you would move on to stage two; after the short interview with a manager the passing candidates were put in a conference room together to fill out a personality questionaire; there was an hour session similar to orientation where the hiring manager led a power point about the company, at the end he informed the group that there would be a call later in the day informing each candidate if they had or had not been selected for an interview; if selected you proceed to a third interview with a higher manager.
