I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (West Orange, NJ) in Jan 2015
Interview
sat in a room with an arrogant guy who talked about how great he was. Gave very little info about the job and didn't really have much insight, it was a waste to have a first interview.
