Interview
Process took 1 day - Responded to Craigslist ad on Saturday and had phone interview on Monday. Phone interview was all of 10 minutes. Received interview confirmation email with address for in-person interview set for 3 days later. This is where I found the name of the company and did some reseach. Checked Glassdoor, of course, and saw the many reviews concerning Manager/Management positions. I contacted the recruiter to verify the type of compensation and interview. I asked these specific questions and received the following answers.
Is this position commission based?
Will the interview be a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager or will it be a group interview?
Here's the answers to your questions:
1.) It is performance/commission based where the Managing Associates can look to average $1,500 weekly (also a bonus which could be twice a week).
2. The interview is one-on-one and then a group presentation follows outlining the company vision.
Basically, it's the same story as the other reviewers who have already taken the time to actually show up and find out if this position is real. I rarely write reviews; however, I felt the need to warn others because I treasure my time and repect other people's time as well. Hopefully, this review will save you time and hassle as the reviews from other's allowed me to make an informed decision about canceling the face-to-face interview before I took off from work and wasted my time and energy.

Fantastic, easy to understand. Great job with clarity as to the next steps and where I stood. Great presentation. Great job showing me the field virtually.

Interview
The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
