Interview
After arriving on site, I was quickly moved into a one-on-one setting for a two minute interview. After I was moved into a larger room with about 10 other job seekers. One of the branch managers gave a presentation regarding the company history, insurance products and compensation and benefits available to agents. At the end of the presentation, we were requested to fill out a Question air and we would get a call based off those results.
I got a call back the same afternoon to reschedule for the final interview. The final interview was a one-on-one with the branch manager. It was a very relaxed meeting, asked some life questions both ways and it was over.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.
