I was contacted by AIL months after first contact at a career fair. I had an over the phone interview followed by an in person one the next day. I was told it wouldn't take long and yet I was there for almost 3 hours. AIL has a 5 step interview process. One on the phone, on. basic in person interview, followed by a informative interview (more like presentation), followed by the branch manager interview then a job offer interview type meeting. This was an uncomfortable process. Ultimately I decided not to take the job
