WARNING: It was a bait/switch. When I arrived for the interview the recruiter was trying to interview me for an insurance sales role. I explained that I was an HR Professional and was recruited for an HR position. He said there were no HR openings. He went on to explain that they recruit in different fields, but everyone must start in sales. I ended the interview and left.
