I went in for the interview, they give me a form (very sketchy, no company jargon or anything making it look official, it just said "your information" at the top with a bunch of questions to follow, including SSN and signature) to fill out [I didn't complete it], and ask me to wait for the interviewer. I take the form over to where they said, a two-sided row of about 30 cubicles total, and filled out the form with about 30 other people doing the same (there is an identical setup down another hall) . After waiting 20min past my scheduled interview time, I get called in, asked to tell about myself and background, and then I was issued up stairs to a conference/presentation room. I spent a total of 4 minutes in with that interviewer. I guess I made it past the first round (even with an incomplete form). Walking into the conference room there are about 20 other candidates sitting at tables; I am handed a "test"to be completed at the end of a presentation; and asked to take a seat. A man comes in 10min later and gives a presentation on the company, and then the local branch CEO comes in to talk to the group. We are then asked to complete the "test", turn it in, and then we are free to leave. If they liked the "test" answers you will be called back for an interview. I did end up getting a call back later that day around 6pm for a second interview, but did not go through with it. The entire thing felt like a Ponzi/pyramid scheme. It was also akin to trying to be sold a time-share.
