The interview process began with a telephone interview, followed by a brief meeting with an accounts manager. Directly after that meeting, applicants attend an hour long presentation regarding the atmosphere of the work place and the type of services AIL provides. This presentation also covered the payment process, benefits, and the responsibilities that all employees have.
