Interview
Run. Run away as fast as you can.
First ‘interview’ was a ppt presentation of why they’re so awesome, and all getting 5-6 figure salaries. They presented in a bulk format to 4 of us. Glossing over the fact that they work for commission only, and in other people’s homes! Sorry, but unless you have no obligations and no education this is not the job for you.
Despite the commission work the office setting was neglected & unprofessional. Receptionist with hot pink hair, broken steps, & music being played loudly. Biggest case of bait & switch I’ve seen in an interview so far. Very disappointing.

Interview
Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Red Deer, AB) in Jan 2024
Interview
Smooth and very relatable interview. It was more like a seminar or recorded session for all participants.
Nothing special, just an awareness session where you are told what the job is about
