I applied online. I interviewed at American Income Life
Interview
Waited with large group of 30 or so individuals to be seen in office during CoVID, had to re-apply on paper, fill out personality questionnaire and wait to be seen. Was called in 30 minutes past scheduled time for an extremely brief interview. Pulled into large group presentation with all other candidates which turned into another waiting period. This job title wasn’t listed in reviewed info and posting/preliminary interview was highly misleading. Waited again to be pulled in for another brief interview and wait for call back. I was told to plan for 45 minutes and on-site process took over 2 hours. Comp plan seems nice, lead generation solid but not what I was seeking.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Interview mainly informative, not many questions were asked. Made to pay for insurance license at time of interview. A lot of paperwork. Quickly hired possibly due to high turnover. The entire process felt rushed.

Interview
Very simple and great process. Communications are great. They offer webinars that makes the jobs seem greater than what it really is. When honestly the job can be what you make it but you have to put in a lot of time to the point you have none left for yourself and family.
