Interview
The process was a quick sit down with a hiring manager followed by a 45 minute pitch about how much money you can make working there. Nothing specific but there was alot of money to be made. Then met with another manager and was told to expect a call for a follow up interview. No one asked me a single question about myself other than if I had a phone and a laptop. I did not return for the follow up interview because I knew it wasn't going to be a fit for me.

Interview
Friendly, and helpful company. At first you would think it's a scam but definitely not. I was interviewed with about 10 others, which caught me off guard and made me even more nervous than before, but no big deal. I was given a call back the day of, I look forward to working with AIL, hopefully the next interview goes well also.
