Group interview and then was brought back for 1 on 1. Seems to be ripe with opportunity for the right person. Will go through a very rigorous training but everyone will assure you of the fruits you shall receive. I would imagine your experience will depend largely on who is your manager/mentor. The difficulties will be present at the beginning (laptop, license, car expenses) but it seems you can grow very quickly.
