I applied online. Was contacted the next day for an interview via email. The name of the company was never provided. I had to research it on my own. I arrived for my interview only to realize approximately 20 other people were there for the same interview. The person who contacted me was not available for the interview another "manager" was to interview me. Right away it came to my attention that this interview was not for a manager position and was actually for a cold call center position. When I asked about compensation and advancement the person interviewing me danced around the questions. I point blank asked if this was a manager position and then was informed that it was not. I also asked point blank if the compensation was 100% commission, he did confirm this was true, at that time. I then politely excused my self before going any further and advised him that the ad was misleading and should probably be corrected.
