I attended an hour and a half meeting where I had to fill out a 50 question questionnaire basically determining whether or not I was a good fit for the company. I got there around 6 and met with a group of around 8-10 people. After a long presentation about what the company does and what it's about the regional manager asked everyone if they were a good fit or not. After some people left around 5 stayed behind.
