American National Insurance interview questions

It was fully remote and three steps, initial Human Resources phone screen, interview with Hiring Manager and finally interview with Hiring Manager's Manager. It was quick, efficient and all questions were answered. I felt very comfortable and informed by Human Resources throughout the entire process.

I appreciated how the interviewers created a space that felt collaborative rather than evaluative—they encouraged me to ask questions, which helped me better understand how I could contribute meaningfully to the team. They didn’t just focus on my resume or technical skills—they asked questions that challenged me to think critically and reflect on my approach to problem-solving, communication, and growth. It felt like they were genuinely interested in how I think, not just what I’ve done. Overall, the process left me feeling excited and confident about joining the team. It was clear that they value curiosity, dialogue, and depth—qualities I deeply respect and look forward to contributing to.
