I did three interviews with ARC. The 1st was a 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter and it took about a week to hear back from her. We scheduled a 2nd interview with the hiring DW Manager, a volunteer, and two program managers. That interview lasted an hour. I didn't hear anything for two weeks and when I emailed the recruiter, she responded within a few hours to set up a 3rd interview. The 3rd interview included the hiring manager and three more people -- and again, lasted an hour. I was told I would hear back from the recruiter within a week about which candidate they'd chosen. Never heard anything despite my email and voicemails. According to the website, my "application is no longer a candidate for the role"...so I guess that's my answer. The interviews themselves were fine, but the lack of respect to tell me I didn't get the role (especially if you're one of two candidates left standing), didn't sit well with me
