It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Mostly speaking on why you're interested and can be a volunteer. It didn't take too long, and after one phone interview, you could start the volunteer position.
Easy, straightforward interview. Basic questions about availability and other, previous roles. Interview was conducted over the phone for approximately 15 minutes. Received confirmation same day that I was set to begin onboarding.
The interview process was really chill and was mostly based on what is your interest in volunteering with them. The conversation had an easy flow and the interviewer easy to talk to.
