I really wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, my experience with their hiring process was discouraging. I was initially ghosted by the first recruiter after receiving an interview invitation. I applied again, hoping it was just a one-off situation, and was scheduled for another interview. However, just two hours before the call, I was notified that they were no longer hiring for the location I had applied for. While I understand that priorities shift and things happen, the lack of communication and last-minute changes are disconcerting. What’s more frustrating is that I later saw the exact same position posted again. Twice now, I’ve been let down—and I’ve learned my lesson. This experience says a lot about how they manage things internally, and it’s not the kind of organization I want to be a part of.
