Applied online and about a week later received an invitation for an initial video recording interview (they provide questions in a system and you record yourself answering them, this is like a screening, no live person is there, just you). About a week after that I heard from the hiring committee that they wanted to meet with me via zoom. I did a zoom panel interview that had the position's supervisor and 3 people the advisor would work with frequently, and then the last step was having a 1:1 zoom interview with the head of the department.
