Went through 5 interviews and had extensive conversations with the hiring manager. She changed the job description around seemingly to fit me better. After the 5th interview, I heard nothing until weeks later when I received an automated "Thank you for your application, we will not be considering you" email. I understand not hiring me but after dragging it out for months and speaking to me so in depth you would think they would have the courtesy to call or send a personalized email.
