Interview
My interview process was in 2019. There was an initial phone interview with team the position works on. The second interview was in-person with a panel and then one on one with the hiring manager, who then gave me a tour of the campus.
I was contacted for a virtual interview on a video platform. The actual interview was easy to do and the questions were really good questions. However, I never heard back again after completing the interview. I even reached out to the HR personnel who originally sent me the interview request and they did not respond to my email.
Unorthodox meeting over coffee with the Director, we discussed the research and role and briefly touched on my background in research. It seemed more informational in my opinion but seemed to be what the director was looking for.
