Submitted my resume online, was contacted by a project manager, short phone call, I interviewed with the project manager at my university, I was then invited for a "site tour"/second round of interviews with 3 other associates at the firm, most questions were personality based with a few questions about technical experience in certain fields

I was contacte by phone two week after my online application. The entire process was pleasant. Everyone involved, for secretary to the hiring manager were friendly. The intervire went well as far as I am concerned, even though I did not get the job. High level of competition I guess.
