I applied online and was contacted by HR. Then I met with the head of IT and one of his direct reports. The questions were theoretical and future based. They wanted to see my passion for innovation and technology as well as my eagerness to learn new things and be agile.

There was a Phone screen followed by a panel interview. They use the Star method of conducting an interview. Read the provided instructions to prepare for the interview. The interviewers were pretty friendly overall.
Behavioral interview with 2 people. Background information was sent beforehand to an HR person. They reviewed and set up the interview at the local plant. A lot of tell me a time questions. Got to also speak to workers doing the job.
