I was only able to do the initial interview with HR and a take-home code assessment. It was a pleasant experience; the interviewer was kind and nice to talk to, even when I didn't make it to the next round.

Interview
First interview is a phone call interview. The interviewer calls you and asks you about your experience, and briefly goes over the company structure and position responsibilities. Once the phone interview is over, the hiring team sends you a coding challenge, which you have to complete within 4 hours, but they don't mind going over a little.
