The process consisted of 4 interviews. and 1 take home project that took over 4hrs. 3 of the interviews were virtual. one was in person at their HQ. First interview was a short call with HR. The next 2 we’re more technical discussions with the team. The final interview I had to present something I built at my previous job. Overall the process was fairly easy going and straightforward. No crazy trick questions.
Things seemed to go well.
However they completely ghosted me after I simply asked for feeeback on why they rejected me. After 4 interviews and over 4hours of take home work I completed for them you would think HR could take less than 10 minutes out of their day to send me feedback on their decision process. The amount of time I invested in interviewing with them is ridiculous and to not hear anything back is even more frustrating. I hope this isn’t how they treat their clients… Bullet dodged.
I got ghosted after doing a basic phone screening interview following a take-home coding assessment. The whole process would have been a lot better if they simply sent me a yes or no, and not leave me wondering.
The hiring manager was very nice though.
