The hiring process consisted of 5 steps including a written assessment. The company moves fast to hire people, typically about a 2-3 week process. The recruiter was responsive, friendly, and professional. The hiring manager was late to my interview, extremely unprofessional, rude, and didn't answer any of my questions at the end of the interview. Overall, the company lacks diversity.
