I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Americares in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty fast, about 2 weeks from application to decision. The interview with HR went well. I got through the next round with the person I would be reporting to. The first thing he said was regarding the being meeting so early in the day at the start of his morning and he wasn't sure why it was scheduled this early. HR scheduled it for us and I would have been more than happy to reschedule if that time didn't work. I wasn't happy about that comment and it did not seem like a good team to work for.
I finished all my interviews within the first two weeks but then unfortunately, the communication wasn’t so good while I waited to be informed. And then i was contacted by them over a month later, and then I received the news I wouldn't be advancing.
