Everything was initially done by phone and online then I went in for a face to face interview with one of the supervisors and then you have to wait to hear back from human resources and i think they are in Illinois or Atlanta and then they called me to schedule the drug and background test once I got the offer.
Went through a recruiter, interviewed with the operations manager. Very friendly and straightforward. After interview, received a hiring decision. Got to go on a short tour of the facility and received a decent description of the job.
