They plagiarized a job description for HR from Genuine Parts company. I literally could easily notice copy and paste language right from GPC’s previously posted position for HR. To me, if you can’t write your own job deception, why I should I come work for you? It’s one thing to get inspiration from another company, it’s a whole other thing to steal their job description.
Recruiter then leaders in HR. There was not a lot of depth or true structure for the interview. When it came to offer, they wanted me to accept verbally before they would send me the written offer. I was not willing to accept prior to reviewing everything.

Manger called asked a few questions and never called back even after multiple emails requesting feedback and manager advising that I would receive a call back. Very unprofessional.
