I filled out a job application online. Someone contacted me did an initial 5 min phone interview and was invited to one in person. You do several assesments math, typing etc. Did a face to face after passing it. Normal scenerio questions. 3 days later someone contacted me and offered the job. I guess the important thing is they do a background check but no drug test.
