First they call you and ask which area you want to work in; sales or donor care. Then you meet face to face with someone from HR. They sort of do 1:1interview and write down what you say. Then you take a test with math, logic and grammar problems. Then they call you back and let you know if you got the job with the particular program they feel you matched.
